1. These terms and conditions set out the terms of contract between Goodies Food Hall (“us” or “we”) and you the customer relating to the Rewards Programme.
2. You can join the Rewards Programme by applying for a Goodies Food Hall Rewards Card instore only (at the tills) at Goodies Food Hall, French’s Farm, Wood Lane, Pulham. IP21 4XU.
3. To register for the Rewards Programme you will need to record your name, address and email address with our staff at our tills instore at Goodies Food Hall.
4. We will also give you the option to opt in receive news about special events and new products, discounts, offers and promotions. We will never share your contact details with a third party.
5. On completion of the registration form, you will be issued a Goodies Food Hall Rewards Card which can be used to enjoy special Rewards Card Holder discounts and offers.
6. By completing the Goodies Food Hall Customer Rewards Programme registration you automatically accept these terms and conditions.
7. We may refuse an application to join the Customer Rewards Programme for any reason at our sole discretion including (but not limited to) risk of reputational damage to us, any reasonable suspicion of previous criminal activity including shoplifting or any previous history of verbal or physical abuse to Goodies Food Hall staff.
8. A Rewards Account will be created in your name to enable you to access our exclusive Rewards Card Holder offers.
9. You must be 16 years of age or over and resident in the UK to join the Goodies Food Hall Rewards Programme.
10. Your Rewards Card is issued to you but remains the property of Goodies Food Hall. You must return your Rewards Card to us on request or destroy it if we so reasonably request. You are responsible for the security of your Rewards Card and security details relating to your Rewards Account.
11. Your Rewards Card can be used to enjoy special exclusive Rewards Card Holder offers and discounts as determined by Goodies Food Hall.
12. Rewards are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anybody else.
13. Your Goodies Food Hall Customer Rewards Card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
14. The Goodies Food Hall Rewards Programme is only for consumer use. The Rewards Card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes.
15. If you materially breach these terms, and where such breach can be remedied, if you do not remedy the breach within 30 days of a written notice of the breach from Goodies Food Hall or if Goodies Food Hall reasonably believes that you have breached these terms and/or abused the Rewards Programme, your Rewards Card may be terminated, and your Rewards account closed without prior notice.
16. Goodies Food Hall reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary where a Rewards Cardholder is found to have abused the Rewards Programme.
17. In addition to the above, Goodies Food Hall reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Rewards Card and/or the Rewards Programme by publishing notices on our website www.goodiesfoodhall.co.uk and/or withdraw or cancel the Rewards Card and Account on reasonable notice to you by email or by publishing such notice on our website at www.goodiesfoodhall.co.uk.
18. Our Privacy Policy relating to this Rewards Programme (which can be accessed at www.goodiesfoodhall.co.uk) sets out the information that we will collect about you, how we use the information and whom it may be shared with including, but not limited to, details of the promotional information that we hope to provide.
19. We will retain your personal information for as long as you are a member of the Rewards Programme. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@goodiesfoodhall.co.uk
20. The Rewards Programme is operated and promoted by Goodies Food Hall, French’s Farm, Wood Lane, Pulham, Norfolk. IP21 4XU.
